The Yashica Mat-124 G is the latest and most advanced twin lens reflex produced by Yashica. Inspired by the Rolleiflex, it features the four-element 80mm f/3.5 Yashinon lens, shutter speeds from 1 to 1/500th, an aperture range of f/3.5 to f/32, a bright ground-glass viewfinder, auto-stop film advance, and ergonomic aperture/shutter controls.

While this camera was manufactured with a built-in light meter, age has rendered many of them inaccurate or non-functional. We recommend using an external meter for optimal results. TLRs are special cameras to shoot: they’re immersive to use and produce a distinct medium format look with beautiful depth and tonal richness.
